Vintage late 80s/early 90s black fit & flare party dress by Tadashi. It has long sleeves, a large satin statement collar, and a wrap cut in the front. There is a tulle layer under the skirt for shape, and shoulder pads which can be easily removed with a seam ripper if desired. Closes with a zipper at the middle back.
